Why Some Products are Out of Stock or Discontinued

Balance Factor Vitamins

As a small business, we rely on our suppliers and manufacturers to provide us with the highest quality ingredients for our products. However, the pandemic has caused disruptions in the supply chain, making it harder to get our hands on the ingredients we need.

On top of that, prices for some of our ingredients have increased, making it more expensive to produce certain products. For example, our liquid calcium has been on temporary hold due to constant price increases in the ingredients, however, it looks as though they are holding stable at their current prices (we should have them ready soon, fingers crossed).

While we understand that our products may be more expensive than some store-bought alternatives, we refuse to lower our standards of quality to offer cheaper products. When it comes to out-of-stock notifications, our products have been selling out as soon as they're in stock.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and want you to know that we're doing everything we can to restock our products as quickly as possible.

As for product discontinuations, there are a few reasons why we may discontinue a product. Sometimes, an ingredient becomes too expensive or is no longer feasible. Other times, a product may not be as popular as we had hoped. In these cases, we may discontinue the product and add the ingredients to another product to make it more beneficial and more feasible for our members.

At Balance Factor, we believe that quality is key. We're committed to providing our members with the best possible ingredients to help them live healthier lives.

We hope this explanation has shed some light on the situation and reassured you that we're doing everything we can to maintain our high standards of quality and keep our products in stock.

If there is a product you're not seeing, please let us know and we'll add it to a list we're gathering of some members favorites to see what we can do to bring them back in-stock.

Thank you for your continued support and understanding.

Best regards,
The Balance Factor Team
